Type and Conduct of Exam Paper :
(a) The test paper will consist of 100 objective type (multiple choice) questions in the following format : -
|Part I.||• Botany (Multiple Choice questions 25 marks).|
|Part II.||• Zoology (Multiple Choice questions 25 marks|
|Part III.||• Physics (Multiple Choice questions 25 marks).|
|Part IV.||• Chemistry (Multiple Choice questions 25 marks)|
(b) All answers shall be indicated on a single Optical Marks Reader (OMR) sheet using HB pencil to darken the circle pertaining to the most appropriate answer. The questions shall be generally based on the CBSE syllabus for class 10+2. Any over writing, excess marking and filling of roll numbers in wrong slots is liable to be rejected by computers and names of such candidates will not appear in merit list. OMR sheets without proper roll numbers, with over writing, cuttings and poorly erased pencil marks are rejected by the computer system
(c) Syllabus for the examination. The general standard of the entrance examination will be that of 11th and 12th class under the 10+2 scheme/pre-medical/intermediate science or an equivalent examination of the State Education Board/Indian University.
